ORDER NUMBERS for ordering. Your invoice will confirm the details. As all records are now photoed you can satisfy many

2. Copy these numbers to the ORDER NUMBERS box on the ORDER FORM. A line of numbers ie /12345/23456/34567 etc is fine.
The "/" is to help seperate the 5 digit codes, a line of numbers like 123452345634567 is no use!

For PAYMENT & POSTAGE first select your PAYMENT choice then choose a POSTAGE option from those given.
Fill in all the details and submit. If you forget a section, you will be prompted & you can only send a completed form!
